Step into the world of legendary bourbons at our Sazerac Bourbon Tasting, a rare opportunity to savour some of the most iconic and sought-after bourbons in the world. Guests will explore classic favourites including Buffalo Trace, Eagle Rare, Sazerac, Weller Special Reserve, and E H Taylor, alongside exceptional treasures from the Buffalo Trace Antique Collection: William La Rue Weller 2025, E H Taylor 2025 and also RIP Van Winkle 10 Year Old, and Pappy Van Winkle 20 Year Old.

Each guest will enjoy 9 × 15ml pours, providing the perfect opportunity to compare flavours, aromas, and textures across a selection of both classic and rare bourbons. This guided tasting is designed for bourbon lovers of all levels, offering a chance to uncover the nuances of each pour—from the delicate aromatics to the complex flavour profiles that make these bourbons so revered. You’ll also learn the stories behind each distillery, the craftsmanship involved in production, and what makes these rare releases truly special.

• Saturday 4th July | 3:00 PM – Hosted by Thomas & Allan, guiding you through the history, flavours, and unique character of each bourbon.
