The collaboration between Ardnamurchan Distillery and Paul Launois has become one of the most talked-about modern cask experiments in whisky.

Combining Ardnamurchan’s coastal West Highland spirit with the influence of exceptional grower Champagne casks, the series has developed a cult following amongst whisky enthusiasts across the world.

For one night only, we invite you to join us for what we believe is the first ever complete vertical tasting of the Ardnamurchan Paul Launois series.

Even more excitingly, we will be joined by Connie from Ardnamurchan Distillery, who will guide us through the tasting, the story behind the collaboration, and the evolution of the releases over the years.

All whiskies served as 15ml pours, alongside a 50ml pour of Paul Launois Champagne.

Throughout the evening we will explore how the influence of Champagne casks has evolved across the series, examining the interplay between peat smoke, minerality, texture, oak and fruit across multiple bottlings and vintages.

Expect production insight, distillery stories, detailed flavour discussion and the chance to taste several bottles rarely seen side-by-side.
