Down & Dirty: Floorwork 101 with INGA

Each 90min class in this 5-class series will include a warm-up, conditioning and stretching, choreography from a routine that we will build on throughout the series, and a cool down/stretching session. $95 for series / $25 in person drop-in / April 5th pay-what-you-can

Class Requirements:

• BYO yoga mat
• Knee pads and socks
• Leggings highly recommended

APRIL 5TH ONLINE CLASS:

Pay-what-you-can virtual class on April 5th will be pre-recorded and on demand! You can watch at your convenience, and will have access to it for 30 days. To sign up: select April 5th on the calendar, and enter your donation amount. You'll recieve a link to class on April 5th at 12pm PT. 5-class series registrants will be automatically signed up for this class.
