Come join us for a fun and relaxing yoga session in the beautiful main church room of St Andrews - all levels welcome!
About this Event

Join me for a yoga flow on every Wednesday at 5:30pm in the main room of St Andrews church surrounded by stained glass and new friends ◡̈. Let's flow together and find some peace and balance on the mat.

This is by donation (cash preferred), but the option to pay by venmo/zelle will be available as well. All are welcome!

Please bring a yoga mat, water, and any props that will make you comfortable ◡̈. There are mats to borrow and a few blocks to use. There is usually easy parking nearby.
