Flow into tranquility and rejuvenate your spirit in an encouraging setting at a private residence in La Mesa. This class is designed for all levels, offering a perfect blend of movement, breath, and mindfulness.

🗓️ Date & Time: Sunday, October 6

📍 Location: A private residence in La Mesa (address will be emailed to participants prior to the event).

Bring your yoga mat, water, and an open heart. Connect with fellow yogis in a peaceful environment and flow together as we cultivate strength and serenity.

This event is donation based, any amount is appreciated. Your donation makes it possible for us to continue providing these healing opportunities for the community.

Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to the event start time.

What to bring to class:

Water bottle

Gym/Yoga Towel

Outdoor grass blanket

Wear comfortable activewear/gym clothing

Barefoot or Yoga Socks

Yoga mats will be provided but please feel free to bring your own to use if more comfortable for you.

Yoga Blocks optional - not provided but please feel free to bring your own.
