Join us for this special four-part Wellness Wednesday series, as guest speakers explore types of care and support available at the end of life, and practical guidance for ensuring your wishes are honored. In “Part 3: Permission to Choose: Understanding Your Legal End of Life Options”, Dr. Bob Uslander will cover end of life medical support options, physician-led Medical Aid in Dying (MAiD), and Voluntary Stopping Eating and Drinking (VSED).
Speaker: Dr. Bob Uslander, MD is the Co-Founder & Medical Director of Empowered Endings. Dr. Bob earned a Bachelor of Science from the University of Illinois at Urbana–Champaign, and attended the David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA. With over 30 years of experience as a physician in Emergency Medicine, Palliative Care, and Hospice Care, Dr. Bob is dedicated to supporting patients and families through major health and life challenges—especially as the end of life approaches.
