About the Event

Take time to pause, breathe, and receive.

Join certified sound therapist Lily for a 75-minute restorative sound bath in the peaceful setting of Wootton Village Hall.

Gongs, crystal bowls, monochord, and gentle percussion will guide you into deep relaxation — helping the body rest and the mind soften.

Bring your own cozy setup, or choose a Premium Comfort Ticket for a front-row experience with everything prepared for you — plus a special surprise gift to take home.

Inspired by the element of water — symbolising calm, adaptability and emotional clarity — this immersive experience invites you to let go, flow, and simply be.

What to Expect
  • A calming, candlelit environment where you’ll be invited to lie down, rest, and receive.
  • Soothing layers of sound designed to help regulate the nervous system and support emotional release.
  • A gentle invitation to slow down, reflect, and reconnect with your inner rhythms.
  • Time to integrate and ground before leaving, so you step back into the world with renewed clarity and calm.

No previous experience with sound healing or meditation is needed — simply come as you are.

What to Bring
For General and Early Bird Admission tickets:

Please bring what you need to feel warm, cozy, and supported while lying down. Most people bring:

  • A yoga mat or soft surface to lie on
  • Blankets and pillows for warmth and comfort
  • An eye mask or scarf (optional but recommended)
  • A water bottle to stay hydrated

Seasonal Tip:
With the weather getting colder, we recommend bringing extra layers, thicker blankets, or even a sleeping bag to stay warm and relaxed during the session. The hall can feel cool in the evening, so being snug will help you fully drop into deep rest.

For Comfort Bed Ticket holders:

Your space will be fully prepared for you — including a thick mattress, bolster, blanket and eye mask — so you can simply arrive, settle in and relax. You’re still welcome to bring extra layers if you wish.

Why This Sound Bath is Special

The wooden interior of Wootton Village Hall enhances the natural resonance of the instruments, creating a truly immersive soundscape.

Each instrument brings its own healing qualities:

  • Crystal Bowls – Pure, high-frequency tones that clear the mind and calm the heart.
  • Monochord – A deep, grounding drone that anchors the body and eases tension.
  • Gong – Powerful, layered vibrations that penetrate deeply, supporting emotional release and transformation.

As waves of sound wash over you, stress melts away and your body is gently guided back to a state of balance and inner stillness.

  • Have severe mental health conditions such as psychosis
  • Experience epilepsy triggered by sound or light
  • Have a pacemaker or other sensitive implants

About Your Facilitator

Hello, I’m Lily, a certified sound therapist trained with the British Academy of Sound Therapy.
I’m passionate about creating safe, nurturing spaces where people can gently reconnect with themselves through the power of sound.

Each sound bath I offer is crafted with care and intention — weaving together the vibrational qualities of crystal bowls, monochord, gong, drum, and other therapeutic instruments to guide you into states of deep rest, clarity, and inner stillness.

Alongside group sessions, I also offer one-to-one sound therapy and host free sound baths for parents and carers of children with special needs — a cause close to my heart as a parent myself.

My intention is to offer a calm and supportive space where people can pause, breathe, and restore a sense of balance within.

I look forward to welcoming you.
