Step away from the everyday and join us for a curated wellbeing morning in the heart of Canterbury. Designed as a restorative reset while the children are at school, this intimate event blends movement, expert insight and nourishing food.

Begin with a one-hour mat Pilates class led by Kesson, followed by a bespoke juice experience at Wild Box. Then settle in for an engaging wellness talk from aesthetic physician Dr Toro Ogundoyin, exploring modern, natural-looking beauty through biohacking innovations and streamlined skincare. The morning concludes with a relaxed wellness lunch at The Eatery.
