Deep Stretch
About this Event
Deep Stretch is a relaxing, all-levels mobility and flexibility class designed for dancers and non-dancers alike. This class is not dance-focused; instead, it offers an hour dedicated to slowing down, releasing tension, and improving range of motion through gentle, sustained stretching.
Participants will be guided through a series of stretches that support mobility, flexibility, and overall physical well-being. The pace is calm and accessible, making it an excellent complement to an active lifestyle or a great starting point for those looking to move more comfortably in everyday life.
No experience is necessary. This class welcomes adults of all backgrounds and movement abilities.
What to bring: A yoga mat, towel, or other comfortable floor padding, water, and clothing that allows for easy movement.
