Shake Shack - Capital Area Parkinson's Society
About this Event
The Capital Area Parkinson's Society is expanding its support options available to our community members with Parkinson's and those caring for them by providing monthly social gatherings called Shake Shack! Anyone with Parkinson's and their care partner in the greater Austin area is welcome.
Folks who join can expect support groups, information sharing, yoga, vocal exercises, song, laughter, food, fun and so much more. Come hang out with us!
In addition to providing a consistent time for people with Parkinson's to gather and find community, this will also provide their caregivers with the opportunity to take care of any personal or social appointments for themselves. Please note that at this location we are currently unable to help with hands-on care.
