Happy November 😊
DEEP REST SATURDAY A Restorative Yoga & Sound Bath in Honolulu IS NOVEMBER 21st this month.
“In a season of giving, remember that you are someone worth giving to.”
The holidays are a time for giving, gathering, celebrating, and making memories. But in the midst of taking care of everyone and everything else, it’s easy to forget about taking care of YOU.💕
Between the shopping, planning, entertaining, traveling, and endless to-do lists, remember that you deserve a little time to slow down, breathe, and recharge, too.
✨ You don’t have to do it all.
✨ You don’t have to say yes to everything.
✨ You are allowed to pause, set boundaries, and put yourself on the list 😉
Give yourself the gift of time to simply BE.
Join us for Deep Rest Saturday, an evening dedicated to slowing down, letting go, and reconnecting with yourself.
Allow yourself to be held by stillness, soothing sounds, and the simple gift of rest.
🌿 Gentle movement & breathwork
🌿 Guided meditation & deep relaxation
🌿 Restorative yoga
🌿 Crystal singing bowls & symphonic gong
🌿 Tea, refreshments & community connection
Think of this as a little holiday self-care for your mind, body, and soul.
Because the best way to show up for others is to remember to show up for yourself, too. 💕
