Over the Rainbow Yoga is an outdoor yoga studio overlooking the stunning Hawaiian coast. Stretch and strengthen on the ocean-side lawn of Waikiki as our expert instructors guide you through the flows and forms of a yoga designed to suit yogis of all abilities in a safe, welcoming and inspiring environment.

Enjoy the fresh tropical air, the soundscape of wild birds, palm trees swaying in the breeze, and waves wash against the shore as your body awakens and your soul relaxes through these ancient flows of mindful movement. Ground and connect the sacred ‘āina (land) of this beautiful island and feel its powerful mana (energy/ soul).

HOW TO PREPARE:

Wear comfortable clothing you can move easily in. Bring a (reusable) water bottle, yoga mat or a towel. Wear sun protection (cream/ hat/ sunglasses).
