Ignite your yoga practice with this dynamic class accompanied by the energetic and grounding rhythm of live drums!

In this dance-inspired vinyasa class, you'll find your own flow through sound, breath, and free movement. Traditional asanas will be interwoven with dance & mixed movement, building sequences which explore fluidity, strength, stamina, and balance. The live percussion will provide an ongoing pulse and enhance the collective energy in the space.

Let your soul come alive and have fun experiencing new movement patterns, connecting deeply with self and with the sound of the drums!

As this is a dynamic class some yoga experience is strongly recommended.

Led by Rose, yoga & dance teacher with over 14 years’ experience of engaging with diverse groups of people across Yorkshire and the UK. Accompanied by Danny T, professional musician with internationally acclaimed jazz/electronic group Submotion Orchestra and accompanist for live dance & movement for over 20 years!
