⭐️SalsaYoga is back⭐️ THIS FRIDAY at 9.30am ⬇️
As part of our beginners Yoga programme on Friday mornings, we will be bringing a touch of Salsa to kick start next weekend.

As most of you know my second love in life is Salsa Music and the dance, and every month I host my own events in Wakefield, bringing awesome teachers to the area and DJ’s and dance till late, as well as dancing around the U.K. and overseas.

So, what is SalsaYoga?
It’s Yoga, with Salsa music and Salsa movement and nuances intertwined.

We will be getting the hips moving and certainly shoulders shimmying as well as breathing, and meditation as well.
