Crystal Bowl Sound Healing Meditation (In Person)

In this immersive crystal bowl sound healing meditation, Laura weaves the pure, resonant tones of crystal singing bowls into a soothing tapestry that gently guides you into states of deep relaxation and inner balance.

Drawing on years of experience as both a musician and a healer, Laura creates a sacred space where the harmonic frequencies of the bowls help calm the mind, release stress, and realign body, mind, and spirit. Whether you’re seeking emotional renewal, energetic clearing, or simply a moment of stillness, this evening offers a profound opportunity to reconnect with your own innate harmony and well-being. 

Participants are invited to sit or lie down. Backjacks or chairs are provided. You are also welcome to bring a pillow, blanket, yoga mat, or whatever will help you feel most comfortable. Also, dress warmly as body temperature can drop during meditation.

This event takes place in person at the Sacred Stream Center. It is free and open to the public; a suggested donation of $25 – $50 helps support the maintenance of this diverse, accessible community space in Berkeley, CA.
