When our hearts are closed, it is easy for the world to seem bleak. We often depend on circumstances outside our control to fix this problem for us, but we need only to turn to the resources of our embodiment to generate healing for our hearts. Kum Nye can help us relax deeply and contact warm and positive feelings. Join us for this day of true self-care as we nourish ourselves with the energy of the heart center.

There will be a break midway with tea and snacks for those who join in person.
