This immersive, in residence retreat is designed for Craniosacral Therapists who wish to deepen the connection with their Inner Physician, our innate wisdom, body intelligence and healing presence that guides both personal and therapeutic work.
Over the course of the weekend, we will explore and strengthen this connection through a carefully held blend of meditation, yoga, nature-based practices, mandala art and multi therapists and hands-on craniosacral sessions.
These experiences are designed to refine your therapeutic listening and presence, expand your capacity for imagery and dialoguing and support deeper somato-emotional release, for yourself and for the clients you serve.
Too often as therapists we forget about our own self care and to deepen our own practice and this is exactly the intention of this retreat!
Together, we will:
Enhance palpation sensitivity and perceptual skills

Explore mandala creation on the first day as a tool for personal growth to structure, balance and heal the psyche and also on the last day to witness our own change through the weekend

Learn how to listen and work with the liver, stomach, and peritoneum as gateways for emotional integration

Deepen therapeutic presence and connection with our own Inner Physician by receiving multi therapists hands on sessions

Nurture ourselves through silent group walks to the beach, sauna and ocean dips.

Allow space for personal and collective integration in a supportive environment

Grow and enhance the connection and network of Craniosacral therapists in Ireland

The rhythm of each day will be grounded in:
Meditation, breath work and yoga

Nature immersion in the wild and peaceful surroundings of Inch Hideaway

Multi-hands sessions and experiential learning

Group sharing and integration

Delicious home made meals and time for taking care of ourselves!

This is a residential retreat, beginning Friday 26th June at 10am and concluding Sunday 28th June around 2pm, with full board included (all meals home cooked by Inch Hideaway).
Let us know about any food allergies we should be aware of and please note that it will be an alcohol free retreat!
Who this retreat is for
The retreat is open to therapists who have completed:
Upledger SER1

Or are fully qualified Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapists

Or have completed C3 level of Visionary Craniosacral Work training

Before the retreat
All Participants are required to have received at least one intra-oral craniosacral treatment in the month prior to the retreat, preferably two or more!
This will open up our avenues of expression that is not only about how we express our thoughts and feelings to others, but it is more importantly how we connect and communicate with our inner wisdom, our true selves, our feelings and our own sense of identity.
It’s a crucial preparation for this retreat and it will allow participants to cut through the chase and be able to get into process in easier and quicker way.
In preparation of the retreat, 1 to 1 video call will be organised between participants and Fabrizio to understand your background, needs, intentions and expectations for the retreat.
After the retreat
3 Individual integration and follow-up sessions will be available at a reduced rate (65€ x session) with Fabrizio in the weeks following the retreat, to support the completion of any biological or emotional processes that arise during the weekend.
These individual sessions will be available either at Inch Hideaway (Mondays and Fridays) or at the Natural Clinic in Cork City (Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays).
Fees (including all meals)
Single unit occupancy: €475 x person
3 units available: Shepherd’s Hut, Fairy Fort Yurt, Wanderly Wagon

Shared unit (2 people in single beds): €375 per person
3 units available: Moonlight Cabin, Woodland Cabin, Sunset Yurt

Shared unit (3 people, single beds): €350 per person
2 units available: Cara Van Haven, Mongolian Yurt

All units are well insulated and heated and either have en suite facilities or their own dedicated toilet nearby. All bedding and linen is provided and each unit has power points.
There’s also 2 big communal hot water showers and a communal kitchen with free teas & coffees, and it’s all equipped for self catering too.

About the Venue
Inch Hideaway is an eco sustainable accommodation built around the principles of permaculture and sustainability. Located in the heart of East Cork, only 15 minutes walk from Inch Strand, it’s a hub for alternative thinkers and lifestyles that has hosted gatherings, retreats, ceremonies and workshops for the last 15 years.
Every unit is designed to have its own private space and gardens, whereas the communal area is the meeting point with the Big Barn, self catering kitchen and campfire, that will hold space for people coming together.

About the hosts:
Fabrizio Vitali is an experienced, Upledger trained Craniosacral therapist based in Cork City @ the Natural Clinic and also runs his home practice in East Cork.
He specialises in the Somato Emotional Release field, having deepened his practice attending workshops around the application of CST around Death & Dying with Don Ash and Mastering Your Inner Physician class with Stan Gerome.
He also integrates Visceral and Neural Manipulation techniques learned from the Barral Institute.
Gráinne Ferreira, founder of Dandelion Yoga, brings a wealth of experience from studying various yoga styles to her body alignment based Vinyasa and meditation classes. Grainne will guide us to tap into our inner beauty, strength, and power, nurturing these qualities within us. She has also been receiving CST for many years and has a great understanding of how both practices can really boost the therapeutic effect for ourselves and clients.
