Ancient energy traditions teach that perception begins in the body. In Chinese energy medicine, the liver governs vision, while the kidneys store the deeper essence that fuels intuition and awareness.

In this immersive evening experience, we explore practices designed to awaken the body’s energetic foundations for clearer perception and expanded awareness.

The evening will begin in daylight and gradually transition into night as we move from movement into meditation and sound.

Thomas will guide participants through Qigong practices focused on the liver, kidneys, and upper energy centers, helping to cultivate the conditions for deeper insight and the awakening of the body’s “inner eye.”

Through gentle movement, breathwork, and awareness practices, participants will learn ways to circulate energy and refine perception.

As the practice deepens, Hillary will weave resonant tones and vibrations throughout the space, supporting the nervous system and amplifying the meditative field.

The evening will culminate in an extended integration sound bath, allowing participants to rest in a deeply relaxed and expansive state.

Together, movement and sound create a powerful container for clarity, insight, and renewed perspective.

Participants will also leave with simple practices they can continue at home to further develop awareness and energy sensitivity.

What to Bring

Please wear comfortable clothing for gentle movement. Bring along everything you need to feel most comfortable resting on the floor during the sound journey and a journal. Water and tea will be available.
