Details: Welcome the Spring season with this all levels yoga class that includes a 60 minute yoga class, aromatherapy and guided meditation with a Spring theme designed to inspire!
After the yoga session, we will gather together to make a Spring herbal take-home tea with locally harvested native plants including stinging nettle! The tea we are making together will be served throughout the class to aid our body, mind and spirit with strength, power-packed vitamins and detoxification as we prepare for the Spring season together in wellness!
Date: Saturday, April 25th, 2026 tentative on nine people registered by April 11.
Time: 6 pm to 7:30 pm
Cost: $65/person (includes take-home herbal products)
10% of the proceeds from the event will be donated to the Evergreen State College House of Welcome.
