One Small Change

If you’ve been trying to make changes but feel stuck, this class is for you. In this free, in-person masterclass, we’ll explore how your body, mind, and daily habits—including nutrition—work together to shape how you feel and function. Through a collaborative, supportive approach, you’ll gain insight into your patterns and learn simple ways to begin shifting them. You’ll leave with a few practical tools you can start using right away, along with an invitation to continue the work in our 7-week guided series. This masterclass is led by Laura Foster, RD; Nichole Seymanski, PsyD; and Mary Lanthrop, LMT, integrating perspectives from nutrition, clinical psychology, and somatic therapy.

This space is inclusive of LGBTQ+ individuals, including women, trans, nonbinary, and gender-expansive people who are exploring or celebrating femme experiences.
