Step out of the noise of everyday life and into a deeply restorative Cosmic Sound Bath experience.

During this session, you will be gently guided into a relaxed, meditative state where waves of healing sound wash over the body and nervous system. Using crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other vibrational instruments, the room will fill with frequencies designed to help release tension, quiet the mind, and bring your entire system back into balance.Sound baths work on a cellular level—allowing the body to soften, the mind to slow, and the spirit to reconnect with its natural rhythm.

Many people experience deep relaxation, emotional release, creative insight, or simply the rare gift of complete stillness.Think of it as a cosmic reset for your mind, body, and soul.Whether you are new to sound healing or already love this practice, this evening is an opportunity to lie down, receive, and allow the vibrations to carry you into deep rest and renewal.

This class is donation-based.Give what feels aligned and accessible for you.

What to BringTo make your experience as cozy and comfortable as possible, please bring:

• A yoga mat or something soft to lie on• A blanket• A pillow or cushion for extra support• An eye covering (optional but highly recommended)• A mug if you’d like to enjoy herbal tea• Anything else that helps you feel warm, grounded, and comfortable

The goal is to create a nest-like space where your body can fully relax and receive the sound journey.Come as you are, settle in, and allow the frequencies to guide you into a state of cosmic calm and inner harmony.
