🌹Join us for a deeply nourishing & sacred Yoni Steam Ceremony designed to promote womb healing, feminine empowerment, & energetic cleansing.

This ancient practice, also known as vaginal steaming, has been used for centuries to support physical, emotional, & spiritual well-being. Together, we will create a sacred space to connect with our divine feminine energy, release stagnant emotions, & embrace self-care as a ritual of self-love.

• A long, flowy skirt or a blanket to cover yourself during the steam

• A small towel or sheet to sit on• Yoga mat

• A water bottle to stay hydrated

• Mug for herbal tea I'll be serving to enjoy

• An open heart & an intention for healing

The Process:

Opening Circle & Intention Setting

• We will begin with a grounding meditation & breathwork to connect with our bodies.

• Each participant will have the opportunity to set their personal intention for the ceremony.

Preparation of the Herbal Steam

• A blend of sacred herbs (such as mugwort, rose, lavender, calendula, & basil) will be prepared in a pot of warm water.

• The herbal steam will be infused with prayers & blessings for healing.

Yoni Steaming Ritual

• Each participant will sit comfortably over their personal steaming station, allowing the warmth & herbal properties to enter the womb space.

• Soft music & guided affirmations will support the process.

• Participants are encouraged to breathe deeply, relax, & embrace the experience.

Integration & Sharing Circle

• After the steam, we will gather to share reflections, insights, or emotions that arose during the process.

• A light grounding practice, such as tea & light snacks, will be offered.

Closing Ceremony

• We will seal the energy with gratitude & a short blessing to honor our bodies & the sacred feminine.

Who Can Participate?

This ceremony is open to all women who feel called to reconnect with their womb space, regardless of their stage in life. If you are pregnant, have an IUD, or have any medical concerns, please consult a healthcare provider before participating.

• Please arrive 10–15 minutes early to get settled.
• If you have an IUD, are pregnant, menstruating, or have any health concerns, please let me know in advance.
• Herbal blends are gentle, but let me know if you have any allergies or sensitivities
