Cook the Book! – “My Cypriot Table” by Irene Matys

We’re thrilled to welcome farm-to-table advocate, food stylist, recipe developer, photographer and author Irene Matys to Jill’s Table tonight! She’ll be sharing a selection of dishes from her cookbook, My Cypriot Table. This beautiful cookbook brings the warmth of Cyprus into your kitchen, with vibrant, fresh recipes and heartfelt stories. It’s a celebration of Cyprus’s rich traditions, colourful culture and the joy of sharing meals with family and friends.
