Dumpling Party: The Hands-on Experience

Roll up your sleeves and join us for a hands-on dumpling-making experience! Chef Ran Ai will teach you how to create this beloved Chinese culinary tradition with fresh filling, perfect folds and tasty dipping sauces. Explore authentic flavours, ingredients, and folding techniques in a fun, interactive night - perfect for sharing food, culture and laughter with friends or fellow food lovers.

Note: This is a basic skill class focusing on folding techniques. Guests will not be making the dumpling/wonton wrappers from scratch. Pre-made wrappers will be provided.
