With respect to the ancestors, the elders, and the spirits that guide us, we welcome you and your loved ones to join us in an It’sipi (Sweat Lodge) Ceremony.
This will be a mixed sweat, and together we will build a new lodge in the tradition shared with us by the Nemenhah people. The Lodge is not just built by hands, but by intention, prayer, and unity.
This is more than just attending… It’s a community-built lodge.
If you feel called to sit in the Lodge, we ask that you come early and help build it. The energy you put into the Lodge becomes part of your experience within it.
Please bring:
Firewood (to help keep the sacred fire alive)
A love offering
Fruits, nuts, or vegetables to share after
A gallon of water for yourself
A blanket to sit on
Towels and a change of clothes
Come as you are, carrying what you are ready to release. This is a space for prayer, healing, learning, and reconnection… to yourself, to each other, and to Spirit.
Many prepare for the Lodge by eating light, spending time in prayer or meditation, and drinking plenty of water. We ask that you avoid alcohol the day before, so you may enter the Lodge with clarity and respect.
Schedule:
12:00 pm
We gather and prepare the Sacred Fire together for the Lodge ceremony.
1:30 pm
Pipe Ceremony, Dance, and Fire Meditation
2:00 pm – 6:00 pm
Sweat Lodge Ceremony
After the sweat, we will share food, stories, and community in a potluck gathering. Please note there is no kitchen on site.

Ignacio Garcia, also known as Iggy, a Peruvian Shaman with The Condor Eagle Society, holds the title of Chief Hoop Watcher and serves as a Minister and Medicine Man. In alignment with Indigenous traditions, there is no set fee for the ceremony. We honor reciprocity, and offerings are welcome as a gesture of gratitude for the work and the space being held.
