Asking For A Friend is a nationally distributed health and wellness podcast hosted by Jillian Birkle and powered by Donaldson Health. Each episode brings together real-world experience and expert insight to tackle the health struggles women don't get to openly talk about enough. They cover everything from hormonal mood swings and gut health to menopause, sexual wellness and, yes, even the health topics men don't get to discuss either!
No question is off the table. Season 2 launches live right here in Evans Farm on October 21.
