45-minute barre3 Signature Class

Barre3 is an efficient and effective workout that combines strength, cardio, and mindfulness. Our Signature Class helps clients at any fitness level feel challenged, yet successful, through functional movement that builds full-body strength. Join us to experience a 45-minute Signature Class outdoors at CODE Wellness at LC Dublin. This class is only available to residents of LC Dublin.

What to bring: a yoga mat, comfortable clothing for movement, and a water bottle. We highly recommend sneakers, a hat, and sunscreen as well!
