Join us at Bhakti Studio for an immersive 60-75 minute community sound journey hosted by Freqs of Love. Go beyond meditation and receive a deep-tissue massage for your mind. Enjoy sacred instruments, including crystal alchemy singing bowls, vocals, deep resonance gongs, chimes, drums, and other high-vibrational instruments within a sonic environment that allows you to get out of survival mode and into a state of rest and recalibration.
In this space, the sound do the work for you. Whether you are looking to release the stress of the week, deepen your meditation practice, or simply find a moment of stillness, this Freqs of Love sound bath experience is designed to meet you exactly where you are.
Yoga mats, blankets, and water provided. Feel free to bring an extra pillow, bolster, or other support that will help you settle in and feel the most cozy.
- Donation only. $20-$50 typical rate.
- No prior experience with sound baths needed, first-timers welcome!
- Free parking!
- Doors open 15 minutes before event
- Duration ~60-75 minutes with safe space share afterward
