Community Somatic + Chinese Medicine Experience

This free community experience is a welcoming introduction to both Somatic Therapy and Chinese Medicine — designed to help you gently explore these modalities while easing into spring feeling grounded, regulated, and refreshed.

Aly Eads is a Somatic Therapy Practitioner and Holistic Health Coach, and Rebecca Chou is a Licensed Acupuncturist and Doctor of Oriental Medicine. Both practice at Harmony Wellness Clinic, where they support clients in whole-person healing.

Together, we’ll introduce you to:

• The foundations of Somatic Therapy and Chinese Medicine, and how each supports the nervous system
• Simple, accessible somatic movement practices guided by Aly to help you regulate and reconnect with your body
• Foundational Chinese Medicine tools with Rebecca, including ear seeds and acupressure points (no needles)

This is not meant to be a deep dive, but rather an entrypoint into this work — a chance to experience it firsthand in a supportive, community setting.

Whether you’re brand new and curious, or already familiar with these practices, all are welcome. Come as you are and leave feeling grounded, supported, and more connected — with a clearer understanding of how Somatic Therapy and Chinese Medicine can support your well-being.

Parking Details:

Hands to Wellness Collective is located at 215 Avenida Del Mar, Suites K&L. All are welcome to park in the K & L spots OR in one of the 6 visitor spots marked P1-P6 in the back lot on Granada (look for the Jones Accounting sign, across from address 221 Granada). Additional parking is available on the street Granada, up to two hours on Del Mar, or at the public lot at the Library on Del Mar for unlimited time.
