I’ll guide you through gentle, immersive meditation journey to reconnect and find calm. Intentional exercises help you release stress, gain clarity, and leave empowered for the month ahead.

This guided meditation offers opportunities to:

Mats provided, but feel free to bring your own mat, pillow, journal, crystal, charm, or small personal item to our women’s circle. Most of all, come with an open heart!
