HIPWERK: Belly Dance + Afro Twerk (6-Week Series)

HIPWERK is a 6-week hip-focused movement series blending belly dance and Afro twerk, rooted in embodiment, rhythm, and strength.

This weekly one-hour class invites you to connect deeply with your hips through grounded technique, musicality, and playful exploration. Over the course of six weeks, the practice builds progressively, helping you develop strength, coordination, confidence, and a more embodied relationship with your body.

The series is designed to be experienced as a whole, allowing movement patterns and confidence to layer naturally over time. Drop-ins are welcome, though attending the full series is strongly recommended for best results.
