Come along to the Community Hub and speak with one of our Social Prescribers to find out more about local activities and opportunities to connect with others.

Our Social Prescribers can help you discover what’s happening in your community and guide you to activities and groups that match your interests.

Support available includes:

• Information on local groups, events, and activities
• Help to find opportunities to meet new people
• Guidance on hobbies, interests, and social opportunities
• Signposting to community organisations and services
• Support to get involved and stay connected

Exclusively for Rushcliffe residents 18+ registered with a Rushcliffe GP. Only one booking is permitted per person. Additional bookings may be cancelled to ensure fairness.
