Next Steps is a peer support group designed to help you gain awareness, share experiences and connect with others on a similar path.

About the Group:

- Next Steps provides a welcoming, judgement-free environment for anyone impacted by alcohol use.

- Share your story, listen to others and learn valuable tools for managing challenges and celebrating successes.

The group is led by an experienced Health Coach who promotes open discussion and personal growth.

Exclusively for Rushcliffe residents 18+ registered with a Rushcliffe GP. Only one booking is permitted per person. Additional bookings may be cancelled to ensure fairness.
