Community Art Therapy Workshop

📍 : 3045 Highland Boulevard, North Vancouver BC

Join us this spring for a creative Sunday morning to unwind, connect and indulge in something positive for your mental health.

Each 1.5 hour session will include a brief guided meditation, creative art-making, and a group discussion to reflect on personal insights and shared experiences. No previous art experience is required. All materials are provided.

Through mindfulness and inituitive art making, participants will have the opportunity to strengthen self-awareness, reduce stress, and deepen their connection to community.

This is not an art class. Ages 16+.
