About this Event
Discover The Many Faces of Sangiovese
Join our Vintages Room consultant Beverley for a tasting class focused on Sangiovese, the most widely planted grape in Italy. Known for its bright acidity and food-friendly style, Sangiovese is the key grape behind many classic Italian wines.
In this class, we’ll explore well-known regions such as Chianti and Brunello di Montalcino, as well as lesser-known areas like Puglia. We’ll also taste a rosé and a white wine made from Sangiovese, and talk about the role this grape plays in Super Tuscan wines.
A great opportunity to taste a range of Sangiovese wines, learn more about this important Italian varietal, and enjoy a relaxed and informative tasting.
