Join us for a monthly Hike + Happy Hour in North Vancouver hosted by , Vancouver's most unique butcher shop, and in partnership with and .

We’ll kick things off at Cleveland Dam, where a Myo practitioner will guide us through a short mobility warm-up to get you moving with ease. Then, we’ll set out on a 90-minute beginner-intermediate hike through the scenic Capilano Canyon. Expect rolling trails with minimal elevation gain, winding through lush forests, alongside rivers, and past waterfalls.

After the hike, we’ll drive just 10 minutes to Two Rivers Meats in North Vancouver for a well-earned après. Enjoy a refreshing glass of wine or beer and a spread of signature Two Rivers appetizers, all while connecting with like-minded adventurers. Come hungry!
