The Point is proud to be partnering with Walk N Talk, led by the inspiring CEO Jude Price, as they expand into Eastleigh! Walk N Talk offers 45-minute walks in all weathers, which are designed to be accessible to everyone, regardless of fitness level or walking experience. Each walk is guided by a qualified Mental Health First-Aider, creating a safe, welcoming space where conversation flows naturally.
No pressure. Just fresh air, gentle movement, and supportive company.
