Join us for Breath of Harmony – a two hour immersive workshop combining SOMA Breath Breathwork and Intuitive Energy Healing, designed to gently guide you out of the busy mind and back into the wisdom of your heart.Through conscious rhythmical breathing, guided meditation and energetic release work you’ll be invited to reconnect with your body, awaken your inner truth, and experience the subtle yet profound shifts that create deep transformation within.
Each session offers a space to slow down, tune in and restore harmony between your breath, body and soul leaving you feeling lighter, clearer, and more aligned with your true self.
About The Facilitators:
Kiera - @breatheintobohemia
As a SOMA Breath Breathwork Facilitator and Intuitive Rebirth Practitioner, Kiera was guided to this work through her own healing journey with an autoimmune condition – one she believes was rooted in years of suppressing her true self. Today, she helps others reconnect with the wisdom of their soul through the power of the breath, supporting them to release layers of conditioning that obscure their essence and hold them back from living fully and authentically.
Charlie - @heartmedicine.withcharlie
As an Intuitive Energy Healer, Tarot & Oracle Card Reader, and Spiritual Mentor, Charlie was guided to this work through her own profound journey of transformation. After years of pain that left her feeling unseen and misunderstood, she chose the path of healing and self-discovery over self-destruction. From this deep personal rebirth, her desire to create a safe haven for others was born.
Today, she walks beside others on their own healing journeys, gently inviting them to explore the hidden spaces within and remember that the light they seek has always been their own. Through _Heart Medicine_, Charlie offers a nurturing space to reconnect with your truth, embody your wholeness, and rise into the fullest expression of your soul.
