I’m so excited to be launching my very first FitSteps class in Chilworth! 🎉

FitSteps is a fun, high-energy fitness class created by Strictly Come Dancing professionals. It blends the elegance of ballroom with the flair of Latin dance, giving you a workout that tones, shapes, and boosts your cardio — all without needing a partner. 💃🕺

As a lifelong dance teacher and performer, I’m passionate about making movement inspiring, supportive, and fun for everyone.

Whether you’re a complete beginner or already love to dance, this class will help you feel fitter, more confident, and full of energy.
