Take a breath with us 🫶
Breath of Harmony is a two-hour guided journey designed to bring you out of the mind and back into the wisdom of your heart.
Through SOMA Breath, guided meditation and intuitive energy healing, you’ll be held in a space to soften, release and reconnect with the parts of you that so often get pushed aside in the noise of life.
You’ll be lying down for the breathwork, so come prepared to get cosy and ready to drop into a deeply restorative journey.
Your only job is to breathe, receive and allow.
