Emma Golby-Kirk, a member of Eastleigh & District Local History Society and a locally based oral historian and curator, is hosting a drop-in research session on behalf of the Society.
This informal session will be held between 9.30am and 11.30am and is a great opportunity to explore local studies books, maps and papers relating to the history of Eastleigh town and borough. The collection is now held locally following the closure of Eastleigh Museum.
Emma will be on hand to help with enquiries, discuss research ideas and chat about next steps for documenting, celebrating and sharing Eastleigh’s ongoing story.
