Join us for some real talk, good coffee and support around menopause from Coaching with Holly.
About this Event

If you're navigating the menopause and would like some personalised support, join our coffee morning and chat on the last Friday of every month. You can offload what's on your mind in a supportive space, talk about where you're feeling stuck and explore the things you'd like clarity on.
Holly is a professionally trained and ICF-accredited coach who supports women through perimenopause and menopause with a practical, compassionate approach. She helps women make sense of how everyday habits can affect symptoms such as fatigue, weight changes, low mood, sleep disruption, and fluctuating energy.
Having experienced a medically induced menopause herself, Holly understands how confusing and isolating this stage of life can feel. She also has extensive experience supporting women after cancer treatment and medical menopause, offering care that is sensitive, realistic, and shaped around each individual’s circumstances.
What to expect:

These sessions are about holding space, listening to what is troubling you and how you want to move forward and creating positive change. Through gentle but effective questioning, Holly then works with you to explore your challenges, understand your options and find a realistic way forward that works for you.
Your ticket includes a hot drink and 30-minute coaching consultation from Coaching with Holly

Who Should Attend:

Maybe life hasn’t gone how you had planned and you feel stuck and powerless. Are you hoping to refresh your career or readdress your work/life balance? Perhaps you are feeling lost and disconnected from yourself after years of childcare where you feel like you have been functioning on ‘auto-pilot’. Are menopausal symptoms affecting your way of life?

Coaching can help you to build the skills and systems needed to create change and embrace a more positive outlook… one with limitless potential.

Why Attend:

  • A chance to experience the benefits of coaching without the pressure of ongoing commitment
  • An opportunity to do an inner inventory and offload something that has been niggling
  • A chance for deeper self-awareness
  • To take control! Leave with your first step on the road to positive change
