Cocktail Class : All About Old Fashioneds

If you love getting old fashioneds out at bars but can’t seem to make it taste as good at home or love nerding out about each component when perfecting simple cocktails this is the class for you!

During the class we will create a playground for your tastebuds while we tweak and dial in each component of the original cocktail.

Variables explored include:

• Base Spirits (Various Proofs and Mashbills between Rye and Bourbon and a non-whiskey or two)
• Sugar Source (maple, honey, refined, dem, triple, caramelized)
• Bitters (store bought vs house made)
• Water integration during stir

We all have different palates and expectations when it comes to our perfect old fashioned. Wherever you are in your preferences you will leave this class knowing what your perfect old fashioned is and how to make it!
