Description:
"Join us in the balance of fire and nectar as we flow together w the seasons of change. Good for all levels. Each class will vary slightly with emphasis on the power of the breath, nervous system regulation, and fine tuning the body to complement our ever changing schedules. Bring your mat, hydration, a beach towel, and an open mind."
