Hi everyone! If you’re interested in trying a yoga class that combines challenging strength and endurance movements, this is it! I teach a 60 min yoga sculpt class at Lovelock Studio in downtown Pcola on Tuesday’s at 5:30PM. First class is $15. Below is some info on the class and link to sign up.
Yoga sculpt is a total body workout set to energizing music and designed to tone every major muscle group, build strength, stamina, flexibility and challenge your lung capacity. It complements your regular yoga practice with the addition of free weights and resistance bands to strength muscles. In addition to traditional yoga postures, you’ll see squats, lunges, jumping jacks, burpees and bicep curls and other fun and challenging movements in this high-energy class.
