A relaxed, respectful weekly beach yoga class where clothing is optional and choice is always honoured.
This class is open to anyone curious about practising yoga outdoors in a natural, body positive environment. You’re welcome to practise clothed, partially clothed, or nude, whatever feels most comfortable for you on the day.
The focus is simple.
moving the body, breathing deeply, grounding into nature, and starting Sunday morning feeling clear and connected.
This is not a performance space and not a sexualised environment. It’s a calm, inclusive community practice rooted in respect for yourself, for others, and for the shared space.

• A slow to moderate yoga flow suitable for most levels
• Options offered throughout the class
• Time to arrive, settle, and ground before we begin
• A relaxed, welcoming group atmosphere
• No pressure to look, move, or be any particular way
You don’t need previous experience with yoga or clothing optional spaces.

Approximately 200m north of the beach entrance near the Surf Life Saving Club
🕗 Time: Sundays, 8:00–9:00am
