But, as always, the breath has its own intelligence.

Whether you arrive with a clear intention, no intention, or simply a need to exhale and reset, you will receive exactly what you need.

During our session, you’ll be held in a sacred, intimate space where you can safely release stuck emotions, clear energetic blockages, and reconnect with your true self. Whether you come seeking stress release, a deeper shift, or a moment of clarity — the breath will meet you exactly where you are.

🌿 The Flow of the Journey

We begin by setting intentions for the workshop, followed by a guided or shamanic meditation to awaken the energy within and open the space.

Then we move into the Breathwork Journey — where the rhythm, sound, and energy take you deeper into yourself.

We close with time for grounding and integration, sharing bliss balls and reflections as you return to presence.

To become a Shamanic Breathwork Facilitator, I trained for over 450 hours and have more than 10 years of experience in this field.

With the shamanic and energetic aspect of my work, I tune into the energy of each participant — guiding and inviting a deeper journey within. This simple yet powerful practice transformed my own life, and it’s my honour to hold space for others to experience its magic.
