✨She Who Roars: Women’s Circle
A monthly women’s circle held by Kayleigh (From Hart to Heart) and Chrissy (Joyful Soul Collective). These gatherings are born from a shared devotion to women sitting together in truth, presence and sisterhood. Circles alternate monthly between locations north and south of the river.
🩷February Theme: Devotion to Self
This month, we invite you to gently turn inward and reconnect with yourself in a way that feels nourishing and true.
Through simple, self‑love practices such as gentle movement, nurturing touch, guided meditation, journalling and quiet moments of reflection, you’ll be supported to soften, breathe and come home to yourself.
This circle is a place where your breath can deepen and your nervous system can settle. A place to refill your cup, return to your own self‑love and devotion and feel held in a way that doesn’t ask anything of you.
