This deeply restorative session features the resonant tones of gongs and Tibetan singing bowls, designed to support relaxation, nervous system reset, and a sense of inner calm. Held under the energy of the full moon, the experience offers a quiet space to pause, release, and reconnect
No prior experience required. Please bring your own yoga mat and any props you need for comfort, including a blanket, cushion, and eye shade.
