Clarity Breathwork Circle

Join us for Clarity Breathwork, a powerful and transformative in-person event held at CSL Bellingham. This event offers a unique opportunity to connect with your breath and explore its healing potential.

Breathwork is a practice that combines deep breathing techniques with a focused intention to release emotional blockages, reduce stress, and promote overall well-being.

In this safe and supportive circle, you will be gently guided through the Clarity Breathwork process to help you access deeper levels of self-awareness and consciousness.

Whether you are new to breathwork or have prior experience, this circle is open to everyone. Come as you are and be ready to dive deep into your breath. No previous experience is necessary.

We’ll start with 10–15 minutes of gentle movement to help you settle into your body, followed by a brief introduction to Clarity Breathwork. From there, you’ll be guided through about an hour of breathwork, and we’ll close the circle with an opportunity to share—if you feel called to.
